• Access on hosting cpanel. • All details and wishes before project is started. • All contents (logo, branding colors, videos, images, text/wording) • E-mail address that would be used for the contact form(s)
Homepage design we aim to complete within 5 business days. • Once the homepage has final approval, we begin additional inner page designs over the next 10 business days. • From homepage final design approval, we can start with web development and aim to finish buildout within 15+/- business days.
• All hosting and domain issues • Hacking/phishing attacks • Website failures outside of our control (plugin updates becoming outdated for example)
• Domain and hosting costs (including purchasing) • Logo redesign • Content writing (you will have access to update all content to match your brand voice)
• Maintenance annual fee - $1,200 annual full support on solving all issues on your website within that year, as well as CMS upgrade • Maintenance on request - $85 per hour (solving any and all website issues on request, including upgrades or additional designed pages) • Maintenance does not include new design and functionality of the website (this would be charged at an additional rate)
